I had the red wheel lock sign and was stuck on my driveway. 120d 1 series, bought a cable from Cable Shack and had all the help you could ask for. Windows 10 laptop and Jimmy sorted it remotely. The fault wouldn’t let the software automatically identify the car but Jimmy knows his cars. Thanks really good service. Can recommend highly.

was looking for recommendations about getting a spare key for my car and was told by a friend to contact Jimmy at cable-shack, he gave me the option of going to him or him coming to me which he did the next day, not only did he make me a spare key he also read my car to check for any other issues it may have, pleased to say the car had no issues, ! would recommend him to anyone looking for a spare key for there bmw.

I purchased a K+D cable and have been in contact over the past several weeks while I was struggling to install the software correctly due to my PC. Jimmy remotely accessed my comptuer and spend 2 hours solving the issue then to control the software to delete 'transport mode' on my Z4 all of which only took 10 mins once the programme was running properly. I now have it working as it should with access to the programmes should it now be required. Jimmy has been extremely helpful to me. An excellent service provided! 100% recommend

I would just like to say how good the product and the after-service is from cable-shack.Purchased a cable for a E90 in may 18,but haven't had to use it until march 19.I e-mailed Jimmy in the day saying i was going to use later in the eve and he said he would be around after 7.00.He didn't get in himself until 8.00, but still found the time to spend 2hrs re-installing program and showing how to use the product, also rectifying faults logging in remotely.Hard to believe you get this sort of old school value service in today's world.Best of all,comes across as a great bloke !

I bought the K+D Can cable + software from Cable-Shack for my E36 and E60 after lots of research and recommendations. After failing to install it properly I phoned Cable-Shack and spoke to a guy called Jimmy who promptly hooked me up remotely and very shortly afterwards I had all the software working as it should. Jimmy is a genius as I found out when I contacted him for a second time a few days later as I was having trouble trying to code my steering angle sensor, without any trouble at all he connected me up and sorted it as well as my aux. I highly recommend this 1st class service!!

I bought the K-Line cable from Jimmy nearly 2 years ago. I contacted him to see if he could help me add aux to two 5 series... Saturday night, he hopped on his laptop, connected to mine, and remotely added aux without any hassle. If you need help with coding anything on BM's and you've never done it before, just save yourself a world of a head banging and days of Googling. Just buy a cable from Cable-Shack. Thanks Jimmy. Top man.

I bought this cable and software last Tuesday, it arrived the following day. I had a problem with transport mode being active on my Z4, which meant the car had no air-con working, so I contacted Jimmy on Friday. At 22:00 he logged in remotely and sorted the problem out in 5 minutes. Now that's what I call customer service. Thanks Jimmy

The service you get from this site is absolutely second to none. I bought my cable and adapter from Cable-Shack 2 years ago. I had a few problems with the installation, an email to the site support introduced me to Jimmy. Almost immediately he arranged to remote in sort it. So as time went on I didn't have to use the software until an ABS light came on. Tried the menu no software,another quick email to Jimmy and he's remote in and sorting it again, 2 years after I bought the kit. So when the site says "Full installation Support" it really means it. Thanks again Jimmy

I bought software and cable around 1 year ago. After windows update half of the stuff was missing.Few days ago i did emailed Jimmy hellpppp. Almost instantly hi connect to pc directly and install software from the beginning. So my new x5 has DRL + aux heater instead ventilation. 1 more time Jimmy save my money, well done. You are the star.

Jimmy has been very helpful with my install. Spent over 1 hour remotely connected to my PC and installed everything and got it set up. This is excellent aftercare and I could not recommend cable shack enough. I purchased a cable from another seller prior to this and was simply told it was my issue and to return the cable for a refund. 5* service!! Thank you Jimmy!!

Holy crap! Jimmy is an excellent dude. I ordered his cable and software kit last wednesday late at night, it showed up Friday. Installed windows on my macbook, installed all the software, and hit a bit of a brick wall trying to get DIS to work. A quick email later, and he's connecting to my laptop at 8:20 on a saturday night, fixing the firewall rules and interface settings, and then running through a diagnostic on my E61 and clearing fault codes. What a guy, and what an excellent service. Decent, Jimmy, decent!

what a great service Jimmy provides not only did he check our computer settings and get us connected to the car he then proceeded to resynch ews/dde and then initiated the fuel system bleed process all by remote connecting.....wonderful. Full installation support is an understatement this guy goes above and beyond. Absolutely reccomend... well worth paying for.
